REFUND POLICY

All purchases are for virtual in-game goods. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of virtual goods that are instantly delivered to your Minecraft account, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once an item has been delivered.

EXCEPTIONS

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

• Your item was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

• You were charged multiple times for the same item due to a technical error.

• You entered the wrong Minecraft username and the item cannot be transferred.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in a permanent ban from RevileMC. Please reach out to us first — we want to help resolve any issues.

HOW TO REQUEST

To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord server or visit the Support page. Include your order details and Minecraft username. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
