I bought a rank but haven't received it yet
Ranks are delivered automatically within 24 hours. Make sure you have logged into revilemc.com at least once. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, open a ticket on Discord with your order details.
I entered the wrong Minecraft username
Contact our support team as soon as possible via Discord or email. If the item hasn't been claimed yet, we can transfer it to the correct account.
How do I use my crate keys?
Log in to revilemc.com and type /crates in chat. Walk up to the crate corresponding to your key type and right-click to open it. Your key will be in your inventory.
Can I transfer my rank to another account?
Ranks are non-transferable between accounts once delivered. Please double-check your username before purchasing.
Do ranks expire?
No — all ranks purchased from the RevileMC store are permanent and do not expire.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure connections. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
